About this design
Neon
Glowing neon tubes mounted on a deep plum brick wall. Headings are bent glass lettering; little drawings — a rocket, a heart, a smiley sun, a teddy — are single tubes on standoffs with their cables showing; content lives in backlit lightboxes, the day is a diner menu board and the opening hours are an OPEN sign.
- Best for
- Urban and high-street centres, long-day care with early opens, and families who like a little showmanship
- Feels
- Joyful, bright-eyed and a little cheeky — the friendly glow of the corner shop sign at dusk
- Signature detail
- A family of single-stroke neon drawings — rocket, heart, smiley sun, star, ABC block, teddy, question mark — each stroked as halo, glass and core, with real sign hardware: standoffs, wire clips, electrode caps and a cable running off to the edge.
